The Spanish Revival style home is in in the historic Willo neighborhood in central Phoenix.
This remodel was based on taking a space that had been enclosed in a amateur manner and rebuilding it into a totally livable space that contributes to the home's entertaining and family space.
The expanded floor plan and upgraded interior space created an area that welcomes both family and friends.
