So far this year we have been getting an unusually high number of calls for remodeling bathrooms and all of them focused on new and enlarged showers.

At least half of these homeowners are interested in ForzaStone, the state of the art stone panel system.

We're very excited with the resulting beautiful showers and tub surrounds that can be done for not much more than a tiled shower.

Homeowners are impressed with the beauty and the lack of grout to keep clean. They also like that just like stone counter tops, each ForzaStone panel is unique resulting in a one of a kind creation.

I just got back from the Coverings Tile and Stone convention in Las Vegas. It was a great opportunity to see the latest in solid stone showers as well as everything available in tile.

My wife Sally and I went with a group of our associates from the National Association of the Remodeling Industry (NARI).

Convention

The bus trip was a little long, but it was great to spend time with some of my fellow contractors.

As you can see from the photo above, it was a huge convention with every imaginable style of tile and solid surface product.

My goal was to learn about the latest thing in stone products for kitchens and especially bathrooms.

I have had many homeowners ask if there is a way to have a quality shower without all the grout. I had heard there was a new travertine and marble product that would be a great solution for people who don't like the maintenance of grout.

The stone comes in large sheets that can be custom cut at the job-site to create any number of beautiful shower features as well as numerous other applications.

The product is called ForzaStone. I was very impressed with the display showers I inspected at the show. It is real stone that will not fade or discolor over time. It is !00% sealed and waterproof and requires minimal cleaning. The stone panels come as large as 48 x 96 inches in both travertine and marble.

I expect that we will be installing many of these showers now that we have a supplier for the stone. If a shower without the bother of grout is in your future give us a call.
