If you like home tours, you wont want to miss the Encanto-Palmcroft semi-annual historic home tour. The event is coming up on Sunday, March 27th from 10am to 4pm.
The tour will include numerous historic homes, many antique cars on display and a street fair.
We don't have one of our remodels in the tour, but you can see one of our Encanto-Palmcroft remodels in progress at 1816 N 9th Avenue.
The streets will be closed to all auto traffic. Trolley rides will be provided from parking at Phoenix College.
