Sail Shades for Summer, a  Fire Pit for our Cooler Weather

This outdoor remodel has something for all seasons. This July our homeowners are enjoying their pool more than ever thanks to the new sail shades we installed as part of their total outdoor update  and remodel.

After refinishing the pool interior, we upgraded the pool deck area with travertine stone pavers. We went on to add a large stone water feature in the opposite end of the yard to bring life plus a cooling look and sound behind the fire pit area.

We updated the fire pit entertaining area with a new gas fire feature to bring life to the area in cooler parts of the year. We're looking forward to the multitude of new plants becoming established and offering the cool look of more greenery.

• All new outdoor cabinetry, granite tops complete with prep sink for outdoor entertaining and grilling
• The addition of new outdoor lighting , ceiling fans and speakers in the existing rear porch.
• Numerous large pots with decorative plants on the travertine pool deck area
• Refinishing of the existing saltio tile n both front and rear patios
• Total exterior repaint of the house and surrounding painted features
